Refund policy

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you have the right to return it.

Returns timeframe

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Hats
• Lingerie

Any returns that do not meet our policy requirements may be refused.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has arrived and been inspected, please allow 10–15 working days for your return to be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
